For all creators of the www.iRecept.cz portal, serious conduct is the highest priority. Equally strong emphasis is placed on the protection of personal data, user satisfaction, a pleasant environment, and the many functions and features available on the site after registration, which is completely free.

1. Registration

1.1 – All data obtained from users will be used exclusively for the internal needs of the portal and will not be used for any purpose other than fulfilling the purpose of the portal and in connection with this purpose.

1.2 – Email addresses or other personal data will not be provided to any company for sending unsolicited mail or any other advertising or commercial messages.

1.3 – By registering, you agree to the publication of your nickname in the list of users.

2. Adding a Recipe

2.1 – By adding a recipe, you agree to provide the recipe and photograph free of charge, permanently, and irrevocably for all forms of use under copyright law. At the same time, we are entitled to publish your username and, if provided, your full name as the author of the recipe.

2.2 – If the recipe includes a photograph, you agree to the addition of a watermark in the form of the www.iRecept.cz logo and the username of the recipe’s author.

2.3 – By adding a recipe, you agree that the recipe will be added to your personal profile, where it will be accessible to other users.

2.4 – The main (i.e., first added) photograph for the recipe must be a photograph of the finished dish. Additional photographs may include, for example, the cooking process, ingredients, step-by-step photos, etc.

3. Other

3.1 – The website operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the portal or from cooking the recipes. They also bear no responsibility for the recipes published on the site or for grammatical or other errors. Furthermore, they are not liable for damages caused by clicking on any link leading to any external page.

3.2 – The website operators reserve the right not to publish any recipe, to delete already published recipes, to remove inappropriate comments, discussion posts, and user accounts without written notice.

3.3 – No information entered by the user may violate the laws of the Czech Republic, nor may it contain vulgar expressions, advertising, or expressions promoting racism or pornography.

3.4 – The website operators are not liable for copyright infringements committed by users when adding recipes.

3.5 – The operators may use all content on the website, including recipes and photographs, to promote the portal, produce printed versions, and further distribute them. In the event of a change of portal operator, the rights and obligations under these terms shall transfer to the new operator.

Violation of these terms may result in a written warning or account termination.
