Growers, if you don’t mind a mole in the garden, definitely don’t throw it out. There are simple and ecological methods to lure it out of the garden. We certainly do not recommend resorting to chemicals and drastic methods; remember that the mole is also a very useful creature.

How to drive a mole out of the garden without chemicals – this is what professional gardeners advise

We tried everything possible, but the only thing that worked was an infusion of pickled cucumbers – we mean cucumbers in brine. Pour it directly into the holes or soak rags in it and insert them into the burrows. The moles will almost immediately leave the garden.

1. A fish head in the hole. The mole hates the smell of fish. It works great for us.
2. I poured pepper into the holes and added vinegar. The mole was frightened and immediately ran away.
3. On a friend’s advice I started throwing citrus peels into the molehills; it’s good for the soil and the mole can’t stand it. 
4. We stuffed our dog’s hair (groomed fur) into the holes and it worked, and the mole never appeared in our garden again.
5. Crush garlic (ideally homegrown, which smells strongest), wrap it in rags and push it into the molehills.
6. Only our cat proved effective. Since we have it in the garden, the moles immediately run away.
