More and more people are growing cucumbers and we have a tip for you on a great feed that will richly reward you after feeding. You may not believe it, but cucumbers love milk and because of that you can have a larger harvest. Milk is useful in all stages of cucumber development because it contains a number of important microorganisms and elements important for their growth.
With this feed you give the plants what they need, and at the same time you can be sure that it is completely safe for you. No chemicals! It’s ideal to give them the first dose right at the beginning, in the first stages of growth and then several more times – before or during flowering, and even when the first fruits appear.
You will need:
1/2 liter of milk
10 l of water
10 drops of iodine
How to do it:
Mix everything and pour it around the roots. You will need about 200 ml per plant. You can adjust the dose according to your needs. Always keep the ratio of the individual ingredients.
