Fatigue:

Muscle weakness:

There is one important point – the use of combined medications. Vitamin B12 only works in conjunction with folic acid. And ideally, B1 and B6 should also be added to these two.
To avoid vitamin deficiency, you must slightly adjust your diet. You should add these products: beef and beef liver, poultry, chicken eggs, cereals. After all, most vitamin deficiencies arise precisely because of an unbalanced diet and even from excessive coffee consumption. Older people and vegetarians are also at risk.
