Knee, joint and bone pain can sometimes be quite intense and often make it impossible to carry out even the most ordinary daily activities.

Natural recipe for joint and bone pain

You will need these ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of hot chili seasoning or chili peppers
  • 1/2 glass (1 dl) of warm olive oil or apple cider vinegar
  • a 2 to 3 cm piece of ginger

Preparation

1) Gently warm the olive oil, but not so much that it burns. To be safe it’s better to heat it not directly on the flame but by immersing the glass jar containing the oil in hot water.

2) If using apple cider vinegar – you do not need to heat it.

3) Peel the ginger and grate it.

4) Now add the chili seasoning and the grated ginger to the oil (or vinegar). Stir everything well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

5) Transfer the mixture into a sealable glass container. It does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.

Application

Using this recipe is very simple.

Take the prepared mixture and rub it onto the painful joints twice a day. Leave it on for approximately 20 minutes, then wash the areas with lukewarm water and dry with a towel.

Use regularly until the pain subsides.

How the recipe works

Chili seasoning has a high content of the compound capsaicin. It is an extremely potent anti-inflammatory substance that suppresses inflammation and reduces pain. Ginger has similar properties.

When applied to the skin it produces a warming sensation that improves blood flow to the affected joints. This in turn ensures better tissue regeneration and healing.
