The pains of the cervical spine are tragic and . Problems worsen with age. These pains can trouble both women and men. As you get older these pains appear more often and their intensity increases. Over time the pain may limit your movement. We therefore have great exercises from Bubnovsky for you that will relieve your pain. 

Cervical spine

Many people have relied on cervical spine exercises. If you find yourself in a situation where neck pain strikes, give these exercises a chance; they are easy and take only a moment, but they can help you greatly. 

Exercises for neck pain

Before starting the exercises, rub your neck to warm it up. Feel free to heat a pad and apply it to your neck so the muscles warm pleasantly. This will increase blood circulation and make the exercise easier and more effective. 
For these exercises it is ideal to sit down, because there is a high risk that you may feel slightly dizzy. 
Maintain steady deep breathing. 

Metronome

The metronome exercise is performed by gradually tilting the head to one side and then to the other. It is essential that you straighten your back and remain in each position for 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise on each side at least 5 times.

Look up

In this activity tilt your head backward and gently tilt it from side to side. Repeat on each side at least 5 times.

Fakir

This activity is called Fakir and is performed by raising the arms up and bending the elbows, the palms joined above the head. At this point you turn your head to the right and to the left, repeating several times on each side. 

Spring

You perform this exercise by tilting your head forward onto your chest and then tilting back. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
