- 5 to 7 dried prunes
- 300 ml kefir (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Preparation
You should start preparing the breakfast the night before.
Proceed as follows:
1. Place the prunes in a bowl or small jar and pour boiling water over them.
2. Cover the bowl and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile take another bowl and put the cocoa powder, flaxseed and oats into it.
4. Pour kefir (yogurt) over them and mix everything well.
5. Take the bowl with the prunes, drain the water and mash the prunes, or blend them in a blender until they become a purée.
6. Then add the prunes to the other ingredients, mix everything well again and store in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning take the bowl out of the refrigerator and enjoy your super healthy breakfast!
