Garlic and honey

How to use garlic?

If you want to achieve the best results, consume garlic raw, when it retains all the important substances in full. 

Slice or crush the garlic, let it rest and release its aroma for about 15 minutes, and then add it to the dish. 
If you manage to crush or cut the garlic into small pieces, its potency will be greatest. 

A full stomach cannot process all the nutrients of garlic, and therefore it is important to take this garlic on an empty stomach to utilize all its abilities. 

If you desire better immunity and an overall improved health condition, consume crushed or chopped garlic together with honey on an empty stomach. 

Home remedy from garlic and honey

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Procedure

Crush or finely chop the garlic cloves. Then add a tablespoon of honey to the garlic. 

Usage

Take this mixture every day for 1 week.

When taking it you will feel a strengthened immune system and an increased energy level. 
It works as prevention against illnesses, helps in treating the flu and colds and reduces sore throat pain. It also eases chills associated with fever. 

Homemade garlic tonic

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 5 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
  • unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • lemon
  • 1 chili pepper, coarsely chopped
  • a ceramic container 400 – 500 ml
  • onion

If you have sensitive skin, better wear gloves when preparing this tonic.

Procedure

Finely slice the onion and place it in the container in a single layer. Add a layer of chopped garlic, then the hot peppers in another layer, including the seeds. Then add the ginger, squeeze in the lemon juice, and finally add the vinegar. 

The container should be large enough so that the mixture is at least 1 cm below the rim.
Store the container in a cool place and start using the mixture.

Usage

Begin regular consumption at the onset of health problems and use it until the symptoms of the illness subside.
