Ingredients

To prepare the recipe you will need:

  • 3 dcl of clean water
  • 1/2 a medium cucumber
  • 2 cm piece of ginger root
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 a lemon

Preparation and use

First remove the peel from the lemon. Then cut the cucumber, parsley and ginger into smaller pieces.

Next, place all the ingredients into a blender, pour in the water and blend everything well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

To flavor it, if you want, you can add a little honey.

Consume this drink every evening, at least 2 hours before going to bed, so that you still have time to go to the bathroom and do not have to get up during the night because of it.
