What to do to make my immunity rock-solid?
As soon as you return home from work, fill a basin with cold water or even a bucket or another container and soak your feet in it. For a short while it may be uncomfortable, but believe that it will only benefit your feet and your overall health. In addition, your soles will be more rested and you will be more relaxed.
Only cold water
Do not warm the water; we emphasize that it must be cold, not lukewarm. Whether you decide to soak your feet in a tub, bucket, basin or anywhere else, leave them in the cold water for only fifteen minutes, no longer. After this bath, dry your feet and immediately warm them up. Preferably with woolen socks. Make sure you warm up properly and repeat this procedure every day, ideally forever. Your immune system will be strong and nothing will easily knock you down, which certainly comes in handy in this COVID time. If you’ve caught a cold, try this method; it will be beneficial. Your body now needs immune strengthening more than ever. You should repeat the foot soaking at least three times a day when you have a cold. Dr. Sergey says: don’t be afraid of cold exposure of the feet, even if you have a runny nose. A runny nose is not a disease and the result will be very beneficial.
