Cooking

Bath
Try a hot poultice. It will give you relief from muscle and joint pain.
Relieves rheumatism
It contains substances that ease unpleasant pain. The ancient Romans already knew this; they whipped sore knees with nettles. Although exposed skin will be covered with burning rashes, restorative processes then take place in the body. The stinging part of the nettle is used for warming and heating. Rely on a healing nettle bath. Prepare 200 g of nettle, you can soak it for twelve hours in five liters of cold water. Then warm up the cold extract, pour it and add it to the bath. Rest in the tub, open your heart over the water and relax for twenty minutes. Do not dry off after the bath, just wrap yourself in a robe. Lie down for a while in bed and wait for relief. No time to lie down? Soak a cloth in nettle tincture and place it on the sore limbs. Nettle compresses will also free you from unpleasant rheumatic pains.
Say goodbye to rashes
Do you want to get rid of acne and problematic skin? Prepare a three-week regimen of drinking nettle extract. Pour two and a half deciliters of boiling water over one to two teaspoons and steep for five to ten minutes. Drink it unsweetened three times a day and soon you will say goodbye not only to rashes but also to anemia. Nettle is rich in iron, which is necessary for the production of red blood cells. Fortunately, unlike spinach, it has a lot of vitamin C, which helps absorb iron.
