Many people suffer from joint and body pain that limits them in the everyday activities of daily life. The help is hidden in the right exercise. It is not necessary to take expensive medicines that won’t help in the long run. Instead of chemically-laden drugs, try these exercises, which you can perform in the comfort of your home. By exercising you will address the actual cause of the pain and thus get rid of it for good.

Exercises

Many of us lack regular movement due to the fast pace of life. Pain increasingly affects even young people who shouldn’t be experiencing such pain yet.

Camel

This is a unique exercise that can be done anywhere you are. It is a movement during which you try to stretch your legs. Once you are on the tip of your foot, lift your heel as high as possible. At first this walk looks comical, but you will soon see what it can do. Perform this exercise for about 15 minutes.

Ball

You must perform this exercise without shoes. Get a foam ball and place it on the floor. Step lightly on it. Roll your foot over the ball and press down. It is a very pleasant massage.

Heel

Stand by a chair or table and rest your hands on it. Keep the tips of your toes on the ground and raise your heel as high as you can. Exercise 3 times a day for 10 repetitions on each leg.

Lifting things

This exercise may also look comical, but it perfectly helps to reduce pain. Scatter tissues around you on the floor and try to pick them up with your foot. Grab the tissue between your toes. Then try to lift firmer objects that are more difficult to grip.
