There is probably no woman in the whole world who would be satisfied with her figure and would not want to change something about it. Many, when trying to lose weight, simply put on their sneakers and sweat in the gym, but movement alone is not enough. Alongside it, the right diet is important.

Bad combinations

You may think that your eating habits are correct.

After all, oats, fruit and nuts are healthy.

You are of course not wrong about that, but by combining them you can do more harm than good. Fruit is almost all water and sugar, so it is quickly digested during the day, while oats and nuts are the exact opposite. Such breakfasts can remain in your body for hours. Try to think over what you will eat, when and in what combination. Many people eat only what tastes good to them, but do not think about the fatty consequences.

Too much or too little

Either you eat a lot or a little. Neither of these is good for your body. The body needs at least three hours to process food, and so you will only disrupt its ideal conditions if you are constantly chewing something. On the other hand, when you eat little, your metabolism will slow down and after a few days you will stop losing weight. The myths that you will reach a slim figure only with very small portions of food are long gone. Monitor your nutrient intake and you will see that you can lose weight without unnecessary starving.

Light and zero

It sounds like a miracle, but it is by no means one. The fats that are missing in light versions of products are not killers for humans. You need them just like other nutrients. Although the fat content in these products is reduced, the proportion of sugars therefore increases. So you get more carbohydrates into your body and with their excess the body deals with them by converting them into fat. And we are back where we started.

Night bingeing
You eat nothing all day and when you come home you open the fridge and feast. In your thoughts you excuse yourself that you didn’t eat anything all day and so you can indulge. However, that is not the case at all! The night is for you to rest and regenerate your whole body, and therefore you will no longer use the energy. It will eventually be stored as an excess source in the form of another kilo on top. And we don’t want that, do we?

Hydration

You probably won’t find a single fitness site or nutrition expert who wouldn’t say that you should drink at least two liters of water a day.

If you also exercise, add roughly another half liter. Your body will cleanse itself, your blood will thin a bit and you will feel refreshed. It is proven that an insufficient drinking regime is associated with overweight and obesity!
