What if we told you that it’s very easy to bake bread at home? You only need a few common ingredients and you don’t even need a scale. This mug recipe is very simple and delicious. So how do you bake fresh, good, and crispy bread?

Needed ingredients

For preparing homemade bread, get these ingredients ready and soon you’ll be able to enjoy a delicious dough and a crispy crust:

  • 3 cups of semi-coarse flour
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of warm tap water
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of grated yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Preparation method

When preparing the bread dough, it’s very important to prepare the starter first. Prepare it by warming ¼ cup of milk so that it is warm but not hot. Pour the milk from the cup into a bowl, add the salt, sugar, and grated yeast. Thoroughly mix all these ingredients in the bowl so the salt and sugar dissolve. Into the starter prepared like this, simply pour the whole cup of warm water and the oil.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl again to form a smooth dough. Don’t be alarmed — the dough will now be very thin, which is fine. The flour will help with that; it is now necessary to sift the flour into the bowl with the dough through a sieve so that no lumps form. Sift all 3 cups of flour at once. Now all the ingredients are in the dough. Mix the dough thoroughly one last time to form a uniform dough. It should be a little sticky.

Now take another bowl that should be large enough to transfer the entire dough. Grease it with any vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it, cover with a cloth and let it rest and rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Then put the dough onto a baking sheet, shape it into a loaf and bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
