Do you know which vehicle has the right of way? If you answer correctly, you will be surprised, but you will be one of the few!
The reason is to prevent the formation of traffic jams on highways
Authorities have decided to help address frequent situations.
It most often happens after an accident or in cases of complications when lanes narrow into a smaller number of lanes.
The question is: Which car has the right of way?
The correct answer is that the car driving from the right has the right of way
The amendment to the law clarifies the rules for using traffic lanes. It explicitly states that on roads with two or more lanes in each direction, priority goes to vehicles coming from the right.
A driver moving from the left lane into the middle (or right) must therefore not endanger or impede a driver driving on the right.
This rule already applies, but drivers often get it wrong
Drivers tend to believe that the vehicle going faster has the right of way, i.e. the one in the left lane.
