We need:
- 2 tbsp goose fat
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup warm milk
Instructions:
Heat the milk in a pot, add the fat and honey. Stir until everything melts and combines. This drink has warming properties, effectively treats a runny nose and cough and has antipyretic effects. It is also worth rubbing it on a child’s chest. This external use is a very effective and safe solution for children.

Goose fat relieves rheumatic pain and also reduces swelling. You will achieve the best effects if you warm the salve slightly before use.
For wounds and burns
Goose fat can also be used in the form of compresses on wounds or burns. It relieves pain, reduces swelling and speeds up healing.

Since it is a source of unsaturated fatty acids and contains the monounsaturated oleic acid, it contributes to lowering bad cholesterol (LDL). It may help prevent heart attacks and strokes.
