Have you found a red spot on your body similar to the one in the picture? Don’t panic, read something about it here:

These red spots that you see in the picture do not represent a major health risk to your body, but it is not good to leave them untreated or underestimate them. These red spots are medically called hemangiomas and they simply show up as red dots on your body. These spots most often appear on the upper part of the body (chest, arms), but that is not a rule.
The reason why these spots started forming is not fully known even to specialists, but what everyone agrees on is genetics. Genetics greatly influences the occurrence of hemangiomas on the body.
These spots should not cause you particularly big problems; sometimes they even disappear completely on their own. Others have them removed with a laser.

If you see a change, seek help.

If a spot starts to grow, change color or shape, you should seek medical help. Specialists even claim that they form for two main reasons. Hemangiomas most often appear after the age of 30 and, as we wrote above, they appear especially on the chest, back and arms. The first of these is age. With age the skin changes and the blood vessels change as well. And this is related to another possibility of occurrence. If you do not maintain a good lifestyle, that is a key reason why these spots are forming for you.
If the hemangiomas are like a grain and are raised above the skin, the cause of occurrence may be different. They can indicate, for example, liver problems, hormonal disorders, or a vascular disease.
