In winter it is therefore advisable to increase the pressure, which will prevent heat loss and can save you thousands of crowns in a single heating season. In summer it is appropriate to loosen the screw and release the pressure, as this will allow air to circulate better and prevent the build-up of high humidity that causes mold. To increase the window pressure, turn the screw counterclockwise; to decrease it, do the opposite.
