It can make a real mess in the human body. We use it so often that you could say it has no effect on us. Ordinary yeast. Yeast is most often used in the production of baked goods and beer. In any case, however, it has no place in the ordinary kitchen and should be avoided. You ask why?

Yeast

The yeasts we introduce into the body by consuming leavened products cause many of us problems, so after a leavened cake we feel bloated like a balloon. Yeasts literally consume the beneficial microflora in the intestines, and also in the stomach.

It’s all in the processes

After eating yeast in the form of leavened dough, a fermentation process occurs in our body causing a whole range of undesirable effects. Fatigue of the brain and body, decreased immunity, sleep disorders or low resistance to infections. Many doctors only nod in agreement when claiming that the number of patients addicted to yeast products is increasing.

German scientists believe that the fermentation process affects the growth and formation of cancer cells. Professor Volf from the University of Cologne studied for 37 months a test tube in which, during that time, a malignant tumor grew after the addition of yeast. Once the processes started, within one week it grew to more than three times its original size.

A terrifying process

Fermentation itself is a demanding and rather frightening process. All organs in the digestive tract are as if constricted after yeast intake; gases begin to form excessively and our lower limbs begin to stagnate. All this we as young people may not feel at all yet. It will be worse if the amount of yeast consumed over a lifetime begins to show its consequences in old age.

The effect on the lower limbs is significant – varicose veins, thrombosis, trophic ulcers. Scientists tend to the view that excessive consumption of fermented products leads to the formation of tumors not only in the digestive tract but in any part of the human body.

After these studies it is recommended to eat fewer leavened products, pastries or beer. Don’t be a walking plantation for the cultivation and breeding of yeast. Yeast may taste good to you, but it doesn’t give you much. Prefer to eat fresh things and when you can, really limit the intake of leavened foods. Besides, there are plenty of recipes without using yeast and it must be admitted that they are often even better and tastier. At least we don’t feel bad afterward like when we stuff ourselves with a leavened plum cake or homemade doughnuts twice a week. Make a resolution and prepare leavened dough only once every two weeks.

And you? What effect does yeast and consuming leavened dough have on you? Share your observations with us in the comments.
