Do you feel bloated and generally unwell? Unfortunately, we all live today in a toxic environment where we are permanently exposed to foods that are contaminated with chemicals.

It is almost impossible to avoid toxins

For us, this means that our digestive system and especially the liver can easily become overloaded. We are built so that harmful substances are continuously flushed out of us, but if there are too many, the body may not cope and instead of flushing them out they begin to accumulate in it.

What are the symptoms that your body is full of toxins?

  • bloating
  • itching and increased breast sensitivity during menstruation
  • fat accumulation around the abdomen
  • excessive sensitivity

What to eat to feel better?

  • garlic
  • chia seeds
  • grapefruit
  • beetroot
  • carrots
  • green tea
  • leafy greens
  • apples (especially for the gallbladder)
  • olive oil
  • avocado
  • whole grains
  • cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)
  • lemons and limes
  • walnuts
  • turmeric

Recipe for a detox cure:

ingredients:

  • 1 large grapefruit or 3 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt (food grade)
  • 6 dl of water
  • 1/2 a glass of extra virgin olive oil
  • apple juice

Procedure:

Before starting the detox cure (about 4-5 days) drink plenty of apple juice and eat a lot of apples
On the 4th and 5th day before starting the cure, drink 2 dl of apple juice every 2-3 hours.
On the day the cure begins, eat a light breakfast (no fat)
14:00 – mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt in 6 dl of clean water, pour into a pitcher and put in the refrigerator. After 14:00 do not eat or drink anything else.
18:00 – drink 3/4 of the water-and-salt solution
20:00 – drink another 3/4 of the solution

21:45 – pour 1 dl of olive oil into a container, squeeze the juice from the grapefruit (or 3 lemons) – about 1 – 1.5 dl of citrus juice – mix with the olive oil, close the container and shake
22:00 – drink the mixture of oil and citrus juice
after drinking, lie down on your right side, try to fall asleep
Morning – another portion of the salt water, lie down again for a while
2 hours later – drink the rest of the salt water
You can start eating only after 2 hours
We recommend getting up at 6:00, drinking the solution, a further dose at 8:00, and at 10:00 you can start eating

IT IS GOOD TO SET ASIDE FOR THIS detox cure AT LEAST 2 DAYS and try to be calm also mentally. That ALSO plays a very important role ESPECIALLY REGARDING DIGESTION.
