What can nettle oil help with?
The antirheumatic effects of the stinging nettle have long been known; you get the most benefit from them in the form of nettle oil.

How to make the oil?
You will need:

oil
Method:
Put the prepared chopped fresh nettles into a jar and pour oil over them in a 1:1 ratio . Let it infuse for 2 weeks. Then strain the oil and use it to rub onto the limbs.
If you use olive or almond oil to prepare it, you will get an amazing product for your hair and skin. You can use the oil for rubbing, or to make a hair mask (massage into the hair and leave on for about 45 minutes).
