Joint and bone pain can really make life unpleasant. They can often be so persistent that you don’t even feel like moving. These conditions greatly reduce quality of life. People suffering from chronic joint diseases often reach for the quickest relief and swallow one pill after another. But by taking painkillers long-term you only make matters worse. Fortunately, there are also purely natural methods to relieve pain. In our article you will find a detailed guide on how to prepare a completely natural ointment for treating joints and bones.
When conventional treatments don’t work
Treatment of musculoskeletal disorders is a long-term process with an uncertain outcome. It is necessary to approach individual patients individually and you cannot apply the exact same procedure to everyone. What works for your neighbor may not necessarily work for you. You need to arm yourself with a good dose of patience and follow the recommendations of the attending physician. But what if, despite all efforts, there is no improvement?
Try recipes from folk medicine
Our ancestors did not have the opportunity to visit an orthopedist or use modern medicines and dietary supplements. Nevertheless, they were able to cope with joint and bone pain. They treated joints and bones with homemade ointments whose recipes were passed down from generation to generation. Maybe even your grandmother could prepare it. This „miraculous“ ointment, which is said to have rejuvenating effects, helps in the treatment of these conditions:
- Arthritis
- Osteoporosis
- Rheumatism
- Back, muscle and joint pain
If you are troubled by joint and muscle pain, are dealing with the consequences of an old injury or suffer from a chronic condition, you don’t have to spend a fortune on ointments and creams from the pharmacy that don’t have the effect you would expect. Make a much more effective ointment yourself more cheaply from commonly available ingredients.
How to prepare the miraculous ointment for bones and joints
You can easily buy all the ingredients at the pharmacy. You will need:
- 300 ml of 70% alcohol
- 100 ml of iodized povidone – a complex of iodine and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), which has antibacterial effects. It is less toxic than tincture of iodine
- 10 aspirin tablets (300 mg each) or Aldon – crush the tablets
Mix everything, shake and let stand for 21 days in a dark place. Then you can start regular application either as compresses or by massaging the affected area.
