For me, this is the best product for cleaning the stove and burnt-on stains in the oven.
All you need is an ordinary dishwasher tablet and hot water.
With this cleaner I can perfectly clean the stove even when there are really stubborn burnt-on stains and grease, and it works exactly the same in the oven. So you don’t have to spend money on special cleaners, you only need what you find at home.
For a perfectly clean stove we need:
- a dishwasher tablet
- hot water
- a sponge and a paper towel or cloth for drying off
Method:
If you want to clean the stove really thoroughly, also remove the grate and the burners.
Pour boiling water over the tablet and dissolve it, for example using a spoon. Then use the liquid to clean the stove and possibly the oven. It’s very simple, the dirt separates from the surface by itself.
Then just wipe off with a paper towel or cloth.

Against drain odors and clogs
If you are troubled by a smell from the drain, or fear it might get clogged, you can solve it this easily. Put one tablet into the drain and slowly pour hot water from the kettle over it. Let it work – there won’t be a trace of the smell. If you want to further improve the effect and especially dissolve deposits, then rinse the drain with ordinary vinegar.
Washing machine odor eliminator
If you need to immediately eliminate the smell from your washing machine, throw two dishwasher tablets into the drum. Then there will be no trace of the smell. This trick has proven to be the most effective for housekeepers.
Baking pan as good as new – even the one you were ready to give up on
Maybe it is currently the most soiled spot in the apartment (of course after the oven). That’s precisely why you should know that even an old and really awful-looking baking sheet or pan can be like new again. Pour hot water into it, add a tablet and leave it to work overnight. In the morning just rinse – it’s like magic, all the grease and dirt gone. However, do not forget to rinse everything thoroughly.
For white clothes and curtains it’s my guardian angel
Warm water + a dishwasher tablet = even really nasty stains on white clothing disappear as if they never were. However, use this only on white fabrics, colored ones may fade.
I let them soak in warm water with a tablet and also add one to the washing machine. It also works as a great bleach if your white clothes got stained during washing.
Degreases and brightens in the kitchen and bathroom
If there is grease on the wall, a solution made from a tablet will help you. This solution removes not only grease and film but also scribbles from crayons and markers. Main condition: the wall must be washable!
