Do you feel tired, without energy, is your skin dry and are the dark circles under your eyes almost impossible to hide?
These are all symptoms that your body is poisoned by dangerous toxins.
These toxins make you more susceptible to the flu and other viral or bacterial illnesses. In other words, your body desperately needs a detox.
Right now is the best time to cleanse your system and restore the energy you currently lack.
Moreover, within the week the best time for a detox is the weekend, because you have enough time then to prepare everything you need.
What detoxification consists of
The detox plan includes cleansing 5 organs: the kidneys, liver, intestines, lungs and the lymphatic system.
This process has certain conditions, such as consuming low-fat meals (healthy fats are an exception) and avoiding sweets.
In addition, during the detox it is necessary to drink plenty of fluids so that toxins can be flushed out of the body without problems.
A detox plan like this should be done at least twice a year.
An ideal plan would be 10 days, but if you don’t have that much time or patience and want quick results, this express 2-day plan will suffice.
Besides the diet itself, you should also do plenty of physical activity during it, such as walking, swimming or exercising at the gym or fitness center.
