Migraine

A headache that is relatively rare in women and affects men more. It is a so-called cluster of sharp or stabbing pain, which is also associated with tearing of the eyes and it is in this area that the pain is most often felt. It comes on suddenly and usually lasts up to three hours. However, if this pain affects you more often and results in the aforementioned tearing or even redness of the conjunctiva, it is important to see a doctor who can relieve your pain with injections.
Hormonal headache
It is directly linked to the amounts of hormones in our body. It is influenced by menstruation, pregnancy or menopause. The symptoms are the same as with a migraine – sensitivity to light, nausea, strong pain on one side of the head.

For almost all types of headache the triggers are the same – stress, irregular eating, poor posture … If you want to prevent headaches, you should avoid these factors and try to follow a proper lifestyle as best you can.
1. Regular sleep
It is essential for health and also helps prevent unnecessary headaches. Of course it has many other benefits, so you should, if possible, allow yourself at least seven hours of sleep.
2. Fluids
Drink, drink and drink. Hydration is also very important for the body. If your head starts to ache a little, before reaching for a pill, reach for a glass of water.
3. Regular eating
As we already wrote above, hunger can also trigger pain. You can prevent this if you start eating regularly. If you are busy during the day, keep small items with you like a bar, fruit or juices with which you can stave off hunger.
4. Avoid stress
