And that is why parsley leaf is the main ingredient in this recipe. Here is a guide on how to prepare a healing cream for perfect and healthy skin. You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves (can be 2 tablespoons dried),
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar,
  • 200 ml of water.

Pour hot water over the parsley leaves and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Strain and add the lemon juice. Pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 6 days. Use morning and evening.
