- Wet your hands under clean warm running water
- Apply a small amount of soap
- Rub your palms together out of the water stream

- Soap palm to palm with interlaced fingers

- Wash the left thumb with a circular motion in the closed right palm, and vice versa
- Rub the tips of the left-hand fingers in circular motions in the right palm, and vice versa
- Rinse your hands with clean running water
- Dry your hands well
When soap and water are not available?
Then you can use an antibacterial hand gel, which significantly reduces bacteria on the hands. An amount the size of a teaspoon is applied to the palm and massaged into both hands until it is completely absorbed and dries. All this takes about 20 -30 seconds.
