Detox Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
To make the drink prepare the following ingredients:

1 lemon
1 teaspoon of honey
a pinch of cayenne pepper
a pinch of powdered ginger
1 cup of hot water
a piece of lemon

1. First cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice into a glass of your choice. Although you’ll only need one lemon, feel free to add more lemon juice.

2. Then add a teaspoon of honey to the glass.

Take the drink once a day in the morning between breakfast and lunch, for 3 consecutive days.
