When a stroke occurs, the life of the affected person can be saved by a single needle. This method is part of traditional Chinese medicine and has proven effective in practice. For the first time it was used in the scientific sphere by a Chinese professor who claimed that even such an ordinary thing as a needle can be an extremely useful aid. It also serves as an unconventional tool that helps survive a stroke.

A stroke is a term used for diseases of the arteries in the brain that ensure its blood supply and nourishment. Most often a cerebral artery becomes blocked by a blood clot or an embolus. This then leads to interruption of the supply of oxygenated blood to the relevant area of the brain. This form of cerebral stroke is called ischemic. The other type of cerebral stroke is bleeding into the brain. This occurs as a result of congenital developmental defects, aneurysms, or tumors. The manifestations of a stroke depend on the extent and location of the damage. It presents with a range of different neurological symptoms, among the most common of which are disturbances of consciousness, speech, memory, or mobility.

How to save the life of a person with a stroke?

First, it is necessary that you remain calm. Regardless of where the person is, do not attempt to manipulate them in any way. Doing so may cause capillaries in the brain to rupture, which leads to serious bleeding.

Take a lighter and use it to sterilize a needle and then prick each of the 10 fingers on the hand. The puncture should be deep enough for blood to appear; if no drops of blood are visible, press the finger to stimulate circulation. When all 10 fingers start to bleed, wait several minutes and the person should regain consciousness.

If the person’s lips are bluish, massage the ears until they turn red, then pierce them with the needle and squeeze until two drops of blood appear on each ear, wait several minutes and the mouth will return to normal. Wait until the person’s condition stabilizes, and arrange for rapid transfer to the hospital.
