This is about stem cell implants. Scientists have discovered how to use these implants to regenerate the pulp, the tooth root, and even the alveolar bone. In the near future it will be possible to grow parts of teeth from stem cells.
We have long known that somatic cells are found in various tissues of human teeth. The negative thing, however, is that none of the types of somatic cells is suitable for growing an entire tooth. Marrow stem cells, however, are at least useful for something, namely at a minimum for regenerating nerve cells and repairing the retina.
In any case, the process of growing whole teeth will work so that instead of drilling during a filling replacement, only the cracks will be filled with the patient’s own stem cells. And a positive effect will be guaranteed. The tooth will be solid, without any strain or numbness
How do we know it will work?
Some time has already passed since scientists tested it on animals’ teeth. And of course everything succeeded, and therefore this formula will be able to be applied soon to human teeth.
Some patients have already been found who are willing to try this procedure and who have already filled out the paperwork to undergo it. So we’ll see how it turns out in the coming months. Teeth can recover quickly, and the growth tends to be quite natural compared to fillings or implants.
This procedure is even cheaper than artificial dentures or even frequent dentist visits. For the first time, scientific research will become helpful and their application will soon come into common use. We are just glad.
