Then let the beetroot sit for an hour before you add other ingredients to it. After this time has passed, add everything else to the beet juice. That means the juice of 2 carrots and 2 apples. All juices must be thoroughly mixed so that they combine and meld. You should drink this beverage every morning on an empty stomach, that is at least an hour before breakfast. Reason for the one-hour resting of beet juice
