“Hello, I want to share my experience and I firmly hope it will help someone. I am 53 years old and for a long time I was troubled by the problem of water retention in the body. In summer it manifested mainly as swelling of the legs and an unpleasant sensation mainly in the limbs. The doctor told me that the problem may be salt – sodium, which binds water.
I tried to adjust my lifestyle, but the improvement was minimal, so I turned to a bay leaf decoction, which my good friend had tried and when I confided in her about the problem, she recommended it to me.
After three days I really felt relief, which outwardly also manifested in the disappearance of swelling and a headache, which was only mild but unpleasant. Then I repeated the treatment and I felt even better, even the needle on the scale moved downward. It is really a strong thing, so you should stick to the dosage and above all consult a doctor in case of questions, certainly do not continue if problems appear. Bay leaf is very dangerous in case of overdose and pregnant women must avoid it. I am passing on the recipe that worked for me. “
Decoction to remove salt from the body
Put 5 g of bay leaves to boil in 300 ml of water for 5 – 10 minutes. Let the decoction steep overnight, strain and drink in small sips throughout the day until eight in the evening. Repeat the cure for three days in a row, then take a week break and repeat again. The cure is not recommended for long-term use and in no case is increasing the dose or drinking the entire decoction at once recommended, as its effect is quite strong and negative reactions could occur. Before the cure it is advisable to cleanse the body using an intestinal enema. After completing the cure pink urine may be excreted, which means that salts are already being excreted from the body.
