- 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and honey
- A little mustard
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar. When we see the yeast working, add the honey and mustard. Apply the mask prepared this way to the scalp, to the hair roots, wrap the head in cling film and then in a towel. After one hour of action, wash your hair with shampoo. You will see that the hair gains volume and becomes shinier.

Another tip to try is a mask with pepper. The main ingredient is also yeast. Among other things, prepare pepper and water. Dissolve the yeast in water and add a pepper tincture. As with the previous mask, apply it to the head and hair and wrap. However, leave this mask on for only about 20 minutes. Then wash with a mild shampoo.
Don’t rely only on shampoos and conditioners from the drugstore. There are many ways to nourish hair that you can make at home, and it won’t cost you a lot of money. Many people have switched from chemical shampoos to homemade preparations, using for example an egg, honey or making a gel from flaxseed. You can find lots of different recipes on the internet, but you need to try which ingredient will benefit your hair. If it seems to you that after the first attempt your hair is in terrible condition, give the same ingredient another chance. Hair must first get used to the change. It’s possible that it will be a long road, but shiny and thick hair is worth it.
