Among the most common reasons why your brain does not function as it should are:

A hectic lifestyle is a common reason for brain problems. If you learn to filter the large amount of information you let into your brain during the day, you will soon feel relief. Learn a few ways to ease the heavy load on your head. Maintain your brain rhythm with small exercises. Try closing your eyes while doing ordinary household tasks. Take a shower, walk around your home or make phone calls. Your brain will work completely differently with your eyes closed.
Also exercise your brain through your hands. If you are right-handed, try writing two or three sentences with your left hand. When concentrating you will find that your brain works completely differently. Reading is also much more beneficial for your brain than watching TV or a mobile phone.
Your brain needs enough vitamins and nutrients
Not only your body and digestion need the right nutrients for sufficient alertness and energy. The brain also thrives on vitamins, minerals and other beneficial components that you get from food. For example, a deficiency of vitamin F, which you find in cabbage, spinach or herbs, can bring severe depression or even dizziness.
Scientists have proven in their studies that vitamin E reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. You can find enough vitamin E, for example, in leafy greens, nuts, sunflower oil or also in mackerel or almonds. Vitamin B6 affects intellectual function. You can easily supplement it with, for example, beef or oatmeal.
A lack of iron can also be a big problem for your brain capacity. With iron in the body you prevent possible anemia, which can reduce the blood supply to the brain and your concentration is gone. Iron is found in meat, legumes or also in buckwheat or apples.
A great anti-stress component that needs to be replenished repeatedly is magnesium. Magnesium deficiency will cause an unpleasant headache or insomnia. Magnesium is found in potatoes, bananas, honey or in broccoli and seafood.
If you feel restless, stressed or often experience anxiety, it may indicate a chromium deficiency in the body. Add more corn, meat, potatoes or black tea to your diet.
