Pancakes are a popular dish that you can prepare in many different ways. This recipe will show you how to create delicious apple pancakes that are great as breakfast, a snack, or a dessert.
Ingredients:
- Apples: 3 pcs
- Eggs: 2 pcs
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt: 150 g
- Coconut flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Flour: 6 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla sugar: 10 g
- Vegetable oil: for frying

Preparing the apples:
- Thoroughly wash the apples, peel them, and cut into slices 2–3 cm thick.
- Remove the cores and form rings.

Preparing the batter:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the yogurt and coconut flakes. Mix well.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Work into a smooth batter.

Coating the apples:
- Coat each apple ring thoroughly in the prepared batter.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.

- Place the coated apple rings onto the hot pan.
- Fry on each side until they are golden brown and crisp.
