What do you need?
- 1kg of carrots
- 3-4 tablespoons of natural honey
- water
Preparation
Cut the carrots into small pieces and cook until soft – keep the liquid in which you cooked the carrots and blend the carrots.
Stir 3-4 tablespoons of honey into the water in which you cooked the carrots, then add the blended carrot purée.
Our homemade cough syrup is ready! Store it in a cool place.
Usage
Use 3-4 tablespoons to feel better within one or two days.
