  • A bunch of spring onions or one regular onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 2 potatoes
  • About 200 grams of spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of rice
  • Oil
  • Spices, salt and a little flat-leaf parsley

Preparation steps for the vitamin-packed spinach soup

Fortunately, cooking this soup is nothing complicated. If you have quality ingredients, you have absolutely nothing to spoil here. Just follow the simple steps below and season the result sensitively according to your own preferences.

First wash and peel the carrot, then cut it into thin slices or smaller shapes according to your taste. Gently sauté the prepared carrot in a little oil. Add the sliced onion and let it sauté.

Once the carrot and onion are sautéed, add the sliced parsley root and finely chopped spinach. Fresh is best, but if you don’t have it, frozen will certainly do.
