The washing machine, an electronic appliance that is found in practically every family household. The washing machine can remove dirt much faster than if we washed clothes by hand. However, there are situations when the washing machine becomes clogged and even gives off an unpleasant odor. In this article we have prepared instructions for you on how to keep the washing machine clean and thus keep the laundry clean as well.

By hand or automatically?

In the past the washing machine was everyone’s dream.  by hand and in general it required a lot of investment, cleaning agents and space. Washing by hand required a lot of soap, space and time. Now we have automatic washing machines, but we must take care of them too.

Everything has its weak points, and that includes the washing machine. 
Nevertheless, everyone has their own issues with it, and it’s the same with an automatic washing machine. As stated above, the washing machine becomes clogged and contaminated by frequent washing. After some time an unpleasant smell begins to come from the machine. Therefore it is necessary to clean the washing machine.

  • Removing dirt in the dispenser
  • Cleaning the sealing rubber

How to do it?

The first step is descaling. For this purpose, put 100-200 g of citric acid into the cleaning agent dispenser and run the washer on the basic program at 60 °C.

It is also very important to clean the dispenser area, which is regularly clogged, and limescale can form there. The best way to clean the dispenser is simple. For this we need a cloth that we have soaked in a solution of clean water and lemon juice. Remove the dispenser and thoroughly clean it with the cloth and rinse it.

An important part is also cleaning the sealing rubber. We will need 1 tablespoon of citric acid, which is mixed with 0.5 liters of water. Soak the cloth in this mixture again, and simply clean the rubber seal.
