Bad habits are formed more easily than useful ones. Going to the toilet with your phone requires your full attention and if you have found yourself in this situation, you should reconsider your bad habits.
Maintaining hygiene
The fact is that people spend twice as much time on the toilet if they take their phone with them. Besides losing a few minutes of your life and increasing the risk of your phone falling into the toilet, you also put your health at risk.
If you take it with you to the toilet, it will very likely become contaminated with E. coli bacteria or salmonella. It doesn’t matter how careful you are with hygiene practices.
Pathogenic organisms can settle not only on the skin of your hands, but are also able to live freely on the phone’s screen – a wonderfully warm place where they can survive for several days. During phone use you touch your skin and this device is often present while eating as well. That’s when germs begin to multiply in full force.
Infections
The consequences of infection by harmful bacteria can be catastrophic. Nausea, vomiting, cramps, stomach problems. Salmonella infection can in some cases even lead to death.
