An American woman weighing nearly 250 kilograms had a very complicated delivery, but no one guessed she would break a world record. The doctor who performed the cesarean section was simply shocked, because he thought it would be twins or triplets, but certainly not a single baby with such a large weight!
The newborn weighed over 18 kilograms
This is a newborn baby that weighs just over 18 kg! Such a large baby weight is not a coincidence. The fact is that its mother weighs nearly 250 kilograms. Doctors had to perform a cesarean section to save the baby and the mother from suffering, because the baby’s large weight made the delivery very painful.
Doctors say the child will live a healthy life
This is the toughest baby in the world! It surpassed the record of a baby born in 1839 in South Africa weighing 17,6 kg. The new record holder received a medal together with his mother Eva. Most importantly, however, the baby is completely healthy and doctors are making positive predictions!
