- Lunch: 1 toast, 1 orange, 125 g of cottage cheese
- Dinner: The same as on the third day
Day 5
- Lunch: 1 toast, 200 g of meat or fish, 1 tomato
- Dinner: 225 g of cooked carrots, potatoes, and peas
Further recommendations
The diet is designed for five days, followed by a two-day break. The procedure can then be repeated. During the diet it is important to avoid consuming alcohol and to limit salt intake. The diet should be as balanced as possible, so after finishing the diet try to diversify your menu with healthy foods.
