Activated charcoal is a great solution. Its magic and effectiveness lie in the fact that it can remove stains from tartar, coffee, wine and tea. If you love these drinks and cannot give them up, regularly practicing this method will save you. Charcoal is also completely safe to consume. It is safe and does not contain harmful substances, unlike some whitening products you can buy on the market.
But be careful how often you use it. Due to its abrasive properties it should not be used too often, otherwise it could damage tooth enamel. You can apply this whitening method at most once a week to be completely safe.
How to apply
