How to defend against a mouse invasion
Mice are usually active at times when no one is at home or during the night when people sleep. They take advantage of the house being empty and raid the human food they find. - store food in sealed places and containers (jars, plastic carriers)
- do not use paper or plastic bags – a mouse will chew through them
- use repellents

Homemade remedy against mice
Get peppermint oil, preferably a strong extract. Apply around ten drops of the oil to a cotton swab and place it where you know mice pass. You can use several swabs with peppermint oil. Cover the entire mouse trail.
If you want to further multiply the effect, start growing fresh mint at home. This herb is not only a great helper in the kitchen and when mixing fresh drinks. Mice cannot stand its scent. Plant it in the kitchen, on the terrace and on the balcony. You will see that mice will avoid your household completely.
