Do you enjoy feeling like detectives? We have a puzzle for you that you’ll really enjoy. Let’s go!

Take a look at the following picture and try to find out if something is amiss.

There are a total of 24 mistakes in the picture, but detecting them is not easy at all.

You won’t all receive the title of Sherlock Holmes for free — you’ll have to earn it.

Tip

Pay close attention to the logic of the things happening in the picture. There are many small details that would be impossible in reality (for example, look at the field)!

And if you’re sure you’ve found all the mistakes in the picture, you can continue!

Solution

  • The wind is blowing in different directions at once. The smoke goes to the right, while the tree branches lean to the left.
  • Some trees have leaves and some do not. So it’s some kind of non-existent season.
  • The field is sown and harvested at the same time.
  • The horse is walking toward the area where the field is already ploughed.
  • There is no person holding the plow.
  • Only trees grow in the field.
  • The tallest pine has one different branch.
  • The shadows of the dog and the man fall in different directions.
  • The gate casts wavy snow, although it is straight. The gate has five rungs, while its shadow only four.
  • There are no hinges or other means to open the gate.
  • Bushes grow directly out of the fence.
  • The house has no door.
  • The curtains are located in front of the windows.
  • The man is too large compared to the house.
  • The dog is too large compared to the sheep.
  • One of the sheep is missing a leg.
  • One of the sheep has a black tail that looks like a dog’s.
  • Some objects have no shadow.
  • The yard is fenced only on one side.
  • The lake is located above the horizon.
  • The cart with straw is obviously much taller than the man who should be handling it.
  • The tractor standing next to the house is missing one wheel and a handle (If it’s broken, why would it be standing in the middle of the barn where hay is stored?)
  • The chimney on the roof is made from the same material as the roof itself.

So how many did you find?
