Recipes for homemade dough are simple and can be used to make amazing treats. Whether you want to make pizza, stuffed dumplings or pancakes at home, whatever you make your partner and children will surely be delighted. Pizza with everything

Do you love this Italian delicacy and are you tired of only going to restaurants for it? Or do you think you’d like something different on it than usual? Now you have a chance. But first you need to prepare the dough. You will only need a few basic ingredients and a bit of your time. What to prepare?

  • 2/3 cup of water,
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast,
  • 2 cups of wheat flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Pour the yeast into warm water and mix well so there are no lumps. Put the flour, salt and diluted yeast into a large bowl. From this mixture make the dough. Place it on a dry surface dusted with flour and start kneading. Add flour as needed. The dough should be soft and elastic. Rub all sides with a little olive oil and place it in a clean large bowl.

 

Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Properly made dough will roughly double in size. Then divide it into 2 equal pieces and form balls. Place the balls on a floured surface, cover again with cling film and let rest for an hour. Then shape the dough into a patty of the desired thickness. Add the filling to your taste and put in a preheated oven at 180–200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Homemade strawberry or blueberry dumplings

There is nothing better than homemade dumplings filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. The recipe for them is not complicated at all. You can therefore comfortably make them at home instead of buying frozen ones. Your children will be endlessly grateful. For their preparation you will only need:

  • 500 g of wheat flour,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 ml of water,
  • half a teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

The preparation is very simple. Sift the flour through a sieve. Add the mixture of water, eggs and salt. Gradually work it in with circular motions. Add flour as needed. The longer you knead the dough, the more elastic it will become. Let the finished dough rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut circles with a glass. Fill them with fruit (or meat) and fold them into dumplings. Boil them in salted boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Delicious pancakes

Most people always have the ingredients needed to make pancakes at home. It is therefore not a problem to surprise your husband and children and make them excellent pancakes for breakfast. You will need 2 cups of wheat flour, 5 eggs, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2.5 cups of milk and sugar and salt to taste. Once you have everything ready, you can get started.

 

Pour the yolks into a saucepan and season them with salt and sugar. Then pour in the milk, add the eggs and mix. Add the flour and butter and mix the batter again. You should mix it well, but not for too long. The batter should not be lumpy, but you must not overdo it either. Then pour it gradually onto the pan and cook them in the usual way.
