You will need to prepare the baked cutlets:
- Minced pork 600 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Bread 100 grams
- Milk 50 ml

Preparation method
First soak the bread in water. Chop the onion into pieces and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Minced meat is best as a mix of pork and beef to retain juiciness. Place the meat in a deep bowl and then add the prepared vegetables. Add the soaked bread and a little salt and pepper to season the mixture. Then mix everything thoroughly.
