Ingredients:
- 10 cloves of garlic (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 6 cups chicken broth
- A bunch of fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, rosemary)
- 3 cups stale bread (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the garlic: Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. In a pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic in it until light brown. Then set it aside and let it cool.
