The knee is the most complex joint in the entire human body. It supports walking, maintains proper posture and bears almost all of our weight. Recipe for a homemade remedy for knee pain

  • 2 glasses (4 dcl) chopped pineapple
  • 1 glass (2 dcl) fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 40 grams almond flour (crushed almonds)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon)
  • 1 glass of water (2 dcl)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetening

Instructions

First, briefly boil the oats in water. Then strain them.
Now place the oats, including all other ingredients, into a blender and blend.
Your drink is ready for consumption. Place any unused portion in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours to preserve as many enzymes as possible.

Usage

Drink this beverage throughout the day for at least 2 weeks.
Already after the first 5 days you will notice the joint pain subsiding. Even then, however, continue using it to allow for full tissue regeneration.
