Procedure
Take the lemons, wash them and thoroughly disinfect them using apple cider vinegar or baking soda. Then rinse them and dry them with a cloth.
Put them in the freezer and leave them overnight.
Once the lemons are well frozen, grate the whole lemon, including the peel and seeds.
Now take a plastic ice cube tray and place the lemon into the cavities.
This way you will always have lemon on hand and none of its beneficial nutrients will be lost.
Add to salads, soups, pasta, homemade ice cream, or into juice, a beverage, or tea.
