5) Cheeses are also a welcome breakfast alternative, as is quark. From it you can prepare a spread, or add it to rolled oats or oatmeal. You can also freshen it up with seasonal fruit. It’s pure imagination if you prepare quark or yogurt at home yourself. You know you’ll be eating only a pure product.

6) If you can’t give up black coffee, it’s okay. Of course, it would be ideal if you didn’t drink coffee and replaced it with weak black or green tea and enjoyed a cup of coffee only in the afternoon.

RECIPE for a breakfast drink

If you belong to the large group of people who in the morning are not able to get anything down except liquids and can only eat solid food up to two hours after waking, prepare a nutritious drink that will fully replace your breakfast.

You will need:

  • 5-7 plums
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Blend all the ingredients well and drink the breakfast shake even on the way to work. You can also use dried plums, but it will taste better with fresh ones.
